Multiplication Facts

Please check in with your child to see what level they are working on to earn a pizza slice. For each multiplication level they pass, students will add another piece to make a whole pizza.  Please have your child continue working on their facts at home. Learning their multiplication facts will be key to their success in math. Our celebration will be on Friday, Feb.14th

Valentine’s Day Party
Our Valentine's Day Party will be on Friday, February 14th from 1:45-2:45.  I would ask that if your child is bringing valentine's to school to pass out (it is not mandatory), that they bring one for everyone in our class and sign them themselves.  A list of student names can be found below.  Students may begin to bring in their Valentine boxes, bags, or envelopes (made at home) to school beginning Wednesday, Feb. 12th.

Week of April 11th, 2022

  3rd Grade News  Week 29 April 11th - April 15th Monday, April 11th - Library/Media Center **BRING LIBRARY BOOKS!** Tuesday, April 12th - Art Wednesday, April 13th - LATE START Thursday, April 14th - Gym Friday, April 15th - Music Important Dates Late Starts - April 20th, April 27th No School - May 2nd   Spring Weather As temperatures begin to warm up, please remind your child that they will need a coat for recess if the temperature has not reached 60 degrees.  If they are playing and get warm, they are asked to tie their coat around their waist.   Testing Season We are approaching the testing season after break. We will be taking two different tests, the MSTEP and the NWEA. Our testing will take place in the morning on the following dates. Please try to avoid scheduling any appointments during these times. Please check in with your child to see how many slices they have earned and continue to have them practice at home.  IXL F Skill builders are a great way to practice.
